The Chlorinator Display Has Changed
If the Aqua Rite chlorinator display has changed, it may be showing in metric units rather than English units. To toggle between metric and English, push the small button next to the display until the temperature is displayed. Then change the main switch from AUTO to SUPER CHLORINATE and back to AUTO.
The Pool Water is Clear but there is No Chlorine Reading
Test and adjust all chemicals as recommended in the owner's manual.
Make sure the chlorine stabilizer (cyanuric acid) is in the range of 30 - 80 ppm using a cyanuric acid test kit.
Make sure the filter is running long enough to produce the required amount of chlorine.
Try increasing the filter cycle time.
If an algaecide was recently used, superchlorinate using the Aqua Rite chlorinator following the instructions in the owner's manual.

A slimy feeling on the pool walls or pool cleaner is an indicator of early algae growth. Brush the pool and immediately superchlorinate using the Aqua Rite chlorinator following the instructions in the owner's manual.
